We specialise in the creation of thoughtfully crafted end-to-end travel arrangements, including detailed day to day leisure itineraries. We have a fantastic opportunity to come and join our welcoming team, in a relaxed and friendly office environment.

The role:

We are looking for an entry level travel professional, who is passionate about travel and is willing to go the extra mile to create memorable holidays for our well-established, discerning clientele. This position requires exceptional customer service skills, a keen eye for detail and a genuine interest in social media and digital engagement that can be applied to domestic travel, corporate, international travel and specialised groups.

What we’re looking for:

-        Passion for building long standing client relationships

-        Excellent Word processing skills

-        Excellent customer service skills

-        Fantastic written and verbal communication

-        High attention to detail

-        Team player

Additional skills we value:

-        Certificate III in Tourism

-        Familiar with GDS booking system
