FAVOURITE TRAVEL EXPERIENCE
Travel is my number one passion in life, and I believe each and every travel experience I have had so far has touched me and enriched me deeply!
My preferred travel experiences have been: driving through Iceland, chasing waterfalls and admiring the fascinating phenomenon of the midnight sun! Also having the chance to see the Northern Lights (Aurora Borealis) in Northern Sweden, above the Arctic Circle, while laying on a reindeer skin on the snow-covered field and staring at the sky in the middle of the night…. An absolutely mesmerizing experience that I will never forget!
ABOUT ME
I was born and grew up in Rome, where I completed my University Degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures. These studies incited my curiosity to know more about other countries, their cultures, and certainly set me up to start my career in travel.
After living in the UK for two years I moved to Australia which I now consider my home away from home. However each year I make a point to travel as much as I can, be it to Italy to see my family or to a new destination.
I have been working in the travel industry for over 20 years in a variety of roles including sales, operations and developing product and destination plans, and I have loved every moment. My focus has always been to provide exceptional service to our clients, lead by example and inspire others to make their travel dreams come true.
ON MY TRAVEL RADAR
There’s still so much I would like to explore! Just to mention a few, I would like to travel to:
Peru and hike along the Inca Trail, leading to the mysterious and fascinating Machu Picchu, the so called “Lost City of the Incas” to admire the majesty of the Iguazu Falls; and
Mexico to learn about the ancient civilizations of the Maya and the Aztec and explore some of the historic sites, such as the Tulum’s Mayan Temples, the vestiges of ancient kingdoms in Campeche (preserved archaeological site of Edzna), the archaeological site of Uxmal, Chichen Itza, and the pre-Hispanic city recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
