Favourite travel experience
A road trip that began in St Malo, France and took me through the Loire Valley, finishing in Paris has been my ultimate number one travel experience. The food, the wine and the people were all amazing and it was such a joy to explore small villages and vineyards along the way. A close second would have to be a family holiday to Canada for a White Christmas that included skiing at Mont Tremblant - it was magical.
ABOUT ME
Growing up in Melbourne, I have extremely fond memories of family holidays within Australia and then abroad as a very young adult. My professional life has been spent in the education sector followed by the events industry, both of which have presented opportunities to travel, including trips to The Cook Islands and Greece. Travel has played a significant part in my adult life and many of my most treasured moments centre around holidays with friends and family.
On my travel radar
As a mum to young children, I am keen to explore more of Australia's pristine coastline, including the Shoalhaven region of NSW and the South West in WA. Looking further afield, a return to New Zealand is definitely on my immediate radar. Beyond that, I have always wanted to explore the Nordics and definitely plan to make it to the Serengeti.
